About

Lab operators, not a lab.

Ascent Health Group was founded by operators who have built, run and sold clinical laboratories. We saw the same problem in practice after practice: physicians who wanted the clinical and financial benefits of in-office testing but had no way to manage a high-complexity lab without taking on a second business. Ascent's managed laboratory model is the answer. We bring the equipment, the people and the compliance; the practice keeps the lab, the results and the revenue. We work with physician practices across the United States from our base in Austin, Texas.
